dicci is made by a small team in Cairo. Every message is read by a person; we answer within two working days.
From inside the app (fastest)
- Open dicci and go to your Profile.
- Tap Contact support.
- Choose a reason, write your message and add the e-mail you want the reply at.
Your message is stored with your account so we can help with it; it is deleted with your account. We never ask for your password.
By e-mail
Write to support@dicci.ai from the address you signed up with. For anything about your data, the Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
Self-service
- Delete your account — from the app, with a 7-day grace period you can cancel.
- Privacy Policy — what is collected, which services process it, and how permissions are withdrawn.
